A little history of La Brasería De Cuéllar
The restaurant La Brasería de Cuéllar was born in 2012, with the intention of serving our customers the most tender and select beef, along with our tastiest lamb skewers, all roasted with shoots from the Ribera de Duero. Although the idea arose in 2009, being clear that the place must be built “around the coals”, it is now when a dream comes true: to serve the best quality at a good price.

The area in which the meat, fish and skewers are braised, is the one that prevails over the rest of the areas in which the premises are divided.


A modern, contemporary and cozy decoration, a mixture of tradition and modernity, is present in the dining rooms of the two floors that make up La Brasería. The wide spaces of light and warmth are shared equally throughout the premises. Customers will feel “our passion for embers”.

Wine Selection
The place has a wide wine cellar with more than 70 references of well-known denominations of origin: Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Rueda, Rías Baixas, Toro, Cigales, etc.
Dishes
Our cooks, with 30 years of experience, are specialists in fish and grilled meats: skewers of lamb and beef steaks. Without forgetting the traditional Castilian cuisine. See the letter.


Livestock farm
We have our own livestock since 2006 with the best pieces of meat and also serve us suppliers in areas with the best livestock tradition: Salamanca, Seville and Galicia.
